transactions, business valuation, and financial modeling projects. Our team
consists of MBAs, CFAs, and Chartered Accountants with years of diverse
experience across sectors.
Roles
and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in team management.
- Oversee team deliverables and ensure successful project
execution.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling,
including:
- Detailed 3-statement forecasting
- Scenario analysis
- Capital structure modeling
- Leveraged buyout (LBO) and merger modeling
- Strong understanding of business valuation techniques,
including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction
analysis.
- Analyze company reports and financial documents to
create pitch books, company profiles, benchmarking analyses, and
trading/transaction comps.
- Skilled at interpreting and analyzing financial
statements, IPO prospectuses, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other regulatory filings.
- If required, participate in team building, conduct
regular employee training sessions, support business development, and
maintain client communication via phone, video calls, and email.
- Familiarity with financial databases such as Capital IQ
(CapIQ), PitchBook, and FactSet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required
Skill Set:
- 5–10 years of experience working with Private Equity,
Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or Advisory clients.
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, with a
strong emphasis on financial modeling and transaction support.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet
tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- MBA, Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial
Analyst (CFA), or equivalent professional qualification.
