M&A, fundraising transactions, business valuation, and financial modeling
projects. Our team consists of MBAs, CFAs, and Chartered Accountants with years
of diverse experience across sectors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze company reporting documents to develop pitch
books, company profiles, information memorandums, sector reports,
newsletters, competitive financial benchmarking, target/buyer screening,
and trading and transaction comparables.
- Build robust financial models, including detailed
three-statement forecasting and multi-scenario analysis.
- Understanding of valuation methodologies such as
discounted cash flow (DCF), trading comparables, and precedent
transactions.
- Proficient in reviewing and interpreting financial
reports, IPO prospectuses, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other regulatory filings.
- Familiarity with financial databases such as Capital
IQ, PitchBook, and FactSet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skill Set:
- 1–4 years of experience working with Investment Banks
(IB) or Advisory firms.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and transaction support
capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
while meeting tight deadlines.
- Advanced degree or professional qualification such as
MBA, Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or an
equivalent credential.
