Who We Are

George Abraham, Andrew Frankle and Sumit Lakhina came together in 2021, launching Rhodium Analytics, to provide high quality, cost-effective analytical and research support to advisory firms, private equity and venture capital investors, and corporate clients globally. The Company is born out of the collective experience of these three founding partners.

George founded Rhodium Strategies in 2008, a strategic advisory firm providing M&A, financing and business development advice to growth and early stage companies. Complementing this advisory business, George and Sumit Lakhina built a robust valuation services business, where they gained significant experience employing talented off-shore resources to provide financial analytics. As well, Andy and George have a long history working together, most recently on an early stage enterprise software company. Andy brings 30+ years of investment banking experience at major Wall Street banks, where he led transaction, execution and relationship teams and provided financial and strategic advice to corporate and investor clients globally.

Rhodium (Rh, atomic number 45) is a member of the platinum group of elements and one of the rarest and most valuable precious metals in the world. This silver-white metallic element has a number of important commercial applications as a result of its many useful characteristics: it is hard, corrosion resistant, highly reflective, chemically inert with an extremely high melting point.
