Andrew Frankle, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Rhodium Analytics
Andy has over 30 years’ experience as an investment banker, providing strategic and financial advice to corporate, private equity, family office and entrepreneurial clients. He has built teams and run groups at global financial institutions, including Credit Suisse, Citigroup and Schroders. Currently, he is Managing Director at Eleven Capital Advisors, which provides strategic advice to family offices, entrepreneurs and growth companies, including helping them project their financing needs and attract growth capital.
Andy was most recently at Credit Suisse, where he was a Managing Director of Family Office Coverage in the Firm’s Investment Banking and Capital Markets division. He provided advisory and execution services across a full range of investment banking products and services, including mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, hedging & monetization, lending & liquidity solutions and deposits. Previously he was at Citigroup, where he held various senior positions, including Head of the Business Development Group within the bank's Institutional Clients Group. In this role, he led a team focused on expanding the breadth of financial services delivered to clients across Citigroup's corporate and investment banking, markets and private client businesses. Previously, Andy was a Managing Director in Citigroup's Communications Investment Banking Group. Prior to joining Citigroup, Andy was a Managing Director at Schroder & Co., heading the US Media & Communications Investment Banking team.
Andy is on the Board of Directors of Churchill Capital Corp VI and Churchill Capital Corp VII and is a member of the Board of Advisors of Inkbench, an enterprise software company. Andy received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
For fun, Andy enjoys time with family, engages in many outdoor activities, including cycling, skiing (snow and water), golf and tennis, and he can be dangerous in the kitchen.
George AbrahamManaging Director
George Abraham, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Rhodium Analytics
George has over 30 years’ experience as a venture capitalist, operating executive, valuation expert, and investment banker, working across the spectrum of entrepreneurial and growth companies.
George founded and serves as CEO of Rhodium Strategies, a sister company to Rhodium Analytics. Rhodium Strategies is a valuation and advisory firm founded in 2008 specializing in working with VC & PE backed and growth companies in verticals across Digital Media, Healthcare IT, Mobile Technology, Sustainability, Renewable Energy and Storage, and other areas.
Prior to Rhodium Analytics, George has served as the CEO of Inkbench, a SaaS based marketing platform for teams to curate, create, and collaborate on marketing assets and campaigns with speed and efficiency. Earlier in his career, George served as a Managing Director at the investment bank C.E. Unterberg, Towbin where he ran private placements for tech companies targeting the VC/PE community. Earlier in his career, he co-founded the Venture Capital fund SAS Investors where he led numerous successful investments in companies ranging from Fuel Cells to Data Center Software to Smart Textiles to Water Purification, started an alternative asset family investment office on behalf of two wealthy entrepreneurs, and was a founding operating executive for a PE backed roll-up in the business services sector where he ran M&A for the roll-up. He began his career as a public accountant with EisnerAmper LLP.
In his career, George has served on the Boards of eight for-profit companies, where he led IPO, audit, and search committees. He currently serves on the Boards of two non-profits, one of which is the New Jersey affiliate for a national healthcare and advocacy organization (where he serves as Treasurer), the other an organization dedicated to building and maintaining mountain biking trails. George received a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University.
George is a passionate mountain biker, skier, and outdoorsman who loves spending time in Vermont with his family and friends.
Sumit LakhinaManaging Director
Sumit Lakhina, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Rhodium Analytics
Sumit has over 10 years of experience in Business Valuation, Modeling, and Advisory Services. He has completed hundreds of valuation reports for a variety of purposes including 409A Valuations, Portfolio Valuations, Buy-Sell Agreements, Gift & Estate Valuations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Purchase Price Allocations, Goodwill Impairment, Strategic Planning, and Restructurings.
In his career, Sumit has working in the valuation practice at Deloitte and with other valuation firms. With Deloitte, he was part of the business valuation group and was responsible for reviewing third-party appraiser reports and executing valuation reports for various purposes.
Sumit has a Masters Degree in Commerce, Post Graduate Diploma in Finance, and passed CFA level 2.
Sumit loves playing cricket, reading history books and visiting new places.
