Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Valuation Person to
join our team and handle valuations for US clients. You will help with ESOP valuation, gift/estate valuation, 409a, and ASC 805 (business combinations) valuation, and manage client
interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform
valuations under US standards: business,409a, ESOP, gift/estate, and
purchase price allocations (ASC 805)
- Build
financial models, run sensitivity analyses, and support assumptions
- Prepare
valuation reports and present findings to clients
- Interact
with clients: gather information, clarify doubts, defend valuation
outcomes
- Coordinate
with audit, tax, and cross‑functional teams
- Stay
updated on valuation standards, market trends, and regulatory changes
Requirements
- 2 to
4 years of hands‑on experience in US valuation, including
ESOPs, gift/estate, and ASC 805
- Strong
financial modeling skills, Excel proficiency
- Good
understanding of US GAAP and relevant valuation rules
- Excellent
communication and client management skills
- Ability
to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
